JOIN US for a Farm-to-Table Dinner and Special Presentation
Our guest speaker for this event is Apollo Lupescu, PhD, a vice president at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Apollo will discuss some of the fundamental choices investors face today, and will highlight the differences between conventional approaches to investing and an alternative approach based on rigorous academic research done by a Nobel prize-winning financial economist, the University of Chicago’s Professor Eugene Fama.
Apollo will also address behavioral aspects of investing, including biases that often lead investors astray, and the crucial role a financial advisor can play in creating a personalized plan and managing the uncertainties inherent in its implementation. We will also enjoy a Basque-inspired farm-to-table dinner at the Acreage Restaurant at Stem Ciders.
